xian pronounced shian

Hello readers.
I am emailing from my even more luxurious than before hotel room,
Complete with den sitting area.
Wake up call @ 6 this morning, flight for 7:55 to xian.
No breakfast, they kinda forgot about us.
A frightening kfc thing bought for us by a tour guide. Mine got tossed.
The flight was wonderful. An hour and 30 mins.
Arrived in xian to be met by tour guide #2. Nicole tall thin young chinese girl aged 28.
English impeccable, university took eng and history .
She has a sense of humor which translates into her personality.
Interesting to hear her use the english idioms.
We drove to a natural history museum. Explaing how the chinese ppl came to be.
Luch was a north american chinese food buffet in a very nice upscale hotel.
We took an hour walk along the xian wall in the city.
Rather hot for it.
Back to the hotel to cool off.
Swanky diggs here.
Nightime good dancing chinese tang dynasty show. Dumpling dinner.
At least 18 different types to try.
Xian is known for their dumplings.
Back to the hotel, tired,
Tomorrow terra cotta warriors museum.
Until tomorrow
